We're Lumbago Interactive — an indie studio. While building our own games, we kept hitting the same wall: development, planning, and player feedback scattered across half a dozen disconnected tools. So we're building the one we always wished we had.

SpineWorks is the swiss army knife for indie devs — project planning, design docs, roadmaps, and player feedback, all in a single workspace made specifically for game development.

Flexible boards with custom statuses, department tags, and swim lanes. Dial the detail up or down — Minimal, Compact, or Detailed — so solo developers and multi-discipline teams both feel at home. Priorities, estimates, and assignees are built in, with keyboard-driven navigation and drag-and-drop.

Design docs next to your plan

Write and organize your game's design documentation right beside your tasks, so context never gets lost between tools.
